Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D renders and walkthroughs of stage designs, event sets, booths, and activation zones for client presentations
- Translate creative briefs and mood boards into scaled, buildable 3D concepts
- Collaborate with the creative, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs are structurally feasible and within budget
- Prepare detailed layout drawings, elevations, and dimensions for vendors and fabricators
- Revise designs quickly based on client feedback under event timelines
- Stay updated on event design trends, materials, and lighting techniques to keep pitches fresh and competitive
- Support on-site execution checks to ensure the final build matches the 3D design intent

Required Skills

- Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical layouts
- Solid sense of scale, spatial design, and materials suited for temporary event structures
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
- Portfolio demonstrating event, exhibition, retail,



or experiential design work (preferred)

Good to Have

- Familiarity with lighting design and AV integration in event spaces
- Basic understanding of fabrication materials and constraints (flex, wood, truss, fabric structures)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for mood boards/mockups

Experience: 2–4 years in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, interiors, or experiential marketing

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayangar III Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
