About the Role

Rich Global Edu is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Student Engagement Executives to communicate with prospective students, parents, professionals and other enquiries regarding our education and career services.

The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, explaining our services clearly, understanding the requirements of prospective clients and conducting systematic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents and other enquiries.
- Attend incoming enquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Explain Rich Global Edu's education, career and related services clearly.
- Understand the requirements and interests of each prospective client.
- Follow up with leads generated through websites, digital campaigns, social media, events and referrals.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for interested prospects.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.




- Follow up with prospective clients until a clear outcome is reached.
- Coordinate with counsellors, marketing executives and management.
- Achieve assigned calling, appointment and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Good spoken Tamil and English.
- Confident and pleasant telephone communication.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain regular and systematic follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach towards work.

Candidates with previous experience in education, admissions, study abroad, counselling, telesales, healthcare, recruitment or customer service will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
