Job Title: German Academic Counsellor Location: Kochi, Kerala | Work from Office Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented German Academic Counsellor to guide and convert student leads for Germany-focused programs, including Ausbildung, Opportunity Card, FSJ, and university admissions. The counsellor will be responsible for handling qualified leads provided by the telecalling team, counselling students regarding suitable opportunities in Germany, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates with strong counselling and sales abilities who can work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle qualified student leads provided by the tele-calling team

Counsel students regarding Germany study and career opportunities Guide students on programs such as: Ausbildung Opportunity Card FSJ German university admissions

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable pathways

Follow up with leads and maintain solid conversion ratios

Coordinate with documentation and processing teams when required





Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/systems

Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates preferred

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in German education counselling or study abroad consultancy

Strong knowledge of Germany admission and visa pathways

Proven experience in student counselling and lead conversion

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

Ability to work independently and handle counselling targets effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Target-oriented with good follow-up capability

Professional approach in handling students and parents

Experience in sales-driven counselling environments is an advantage
