Preparation of Title Reports and Legal Opinions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

LL.B. from a recognized university
1-3 years of relevant experience




Knowledge of Property Law, RERA, Land Laws and Registration Act
Experience in Title Verification and Property Due Diligence
Robust legal drafting skills
Ability to read Kannada is mandatory
