We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Client Coordinator to manage client enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Instagram DMs and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Understand client requirements, budget, theme and stationery needs.
- Share catalogues, pricing and relevant designs.
- Follow up with leads and close orders.
- Prepare clear briefs for the design team.
- Coordinate client updates until delivery.
- Maintain lead and order records.
Requirements:
- Robust communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Organised and responsive.
- Basic understanding of Indian weddings and stationery.
- Sales/client-facing experience is a plus.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred. Weekly in-person meeting required; remaining work can be done remotely.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai District, Maharashtra
