### Position Summary

We are looking for a **SharePoint Support & Developer** with robust development experience in SharePoint. This is a dual role involving development, implementation, administration, troubleshooting and support of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms for Life Sciences clients.

### Must-Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

* 3–10 years of hands-on experience in **Life Sciences** spanning development, implementation, and/or managed services/AMS functions.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with **SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server (2016/2019/Subscription Edition)**.

* Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft 365 ecosystem – Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform**.

* Proficiency with **ServiceNow and JIRA** for ticket management, SLA tracking and Agile project delivery.

* Experience building solutions with **SPFx** or solid front-end skills – JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React.

* Proficiency with **Power Automate and Power Apps**.

* Scripting experience with **PowerShell and PnP PowerShell**.

* Understanding of **SharePoint permissions, governance and information architecture**.





* Experience supporting **GxP-validated quality systems** with documented change control and audit trail requirements.

* Experience with **Project Online or Project Server administration**, including EPTs, PDPs, workflows, resource pools, SharePoint farm administration and SQL.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore cross-functional teams.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration and managed services for Life Sciences R&D; applications across **clinical, quality, regulatory, safety, Pharmacovigilance and medical affairs** domains.

* Manage and resolve **L2/L3 ITSM tickets** within agreed SLA timelines using ServiceNow and JIRA.

* Design, build and deploy **SharePoint Online / On-Premises** sites, pages, lists, libraries and content types.

* Develop custom solutions using **SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript and React**.

* Automate business processes using **Power Automate** and build low-code applications using **Power Apps**.

* Integrate SharePoint with **Teams, OneDrive, Outlook** and external systems through **REST APIs and Microsoft Graph**.





* Create and maintain **PowerShell / PnP PowerShell** scripts for provisioning, bulk operations and administration.

* Design intranet sites, dashboards and document management structures with strong usability and governance.

* Document technical designs, configurations and solution architecture.

* Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory and Compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configuration and workflow changes.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for **SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration issues**.

* Triage, troubleshoot and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.

* Participate in Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives.

* Perform effort estimation for assigned work products.

* Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities and innovation initiatives.

* Support end-user training, change management and knowledge transfer.

### Good-to-Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

* Microsoft Graph API and REST integrations.

* ITIL practices and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).

* Relevant Microsoft certifications such as **MS-700, PL-900/PL-100, MS-102**.

* Experience with intranet design and adoption/change-management initiatives.

* Exposure to Project Online or Project Server administration.

### Education

* BE / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
