Job Title: Dance Coach

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Dance Coach to train and motivate students of different age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have strong dance technique, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and structured dance training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct regular dance classes and training sessions.
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, coordination, and performance skills.
- Create age- and skill-appropriate choreography for students.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, events, and showcases.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning workplace.
- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and safe dance practices.




- Stay updated with current dance styles, techniques, and trends.
- Coordinate with parents, management, and other instructors when required.
- Maintain attendance and provide progress updates when needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a dance instructor, coach, or performer.
- Strong knowledge of one or more dance styles such as Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, or Classical Dance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children, teenagers, and/or adults.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
- Formal dance training or certification is an advantage.
- Performance or competition experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
