RCM TEAM LEADS – CLAIMS

Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad, Cochin

Role Overview

The Claims Team Lead will oversee a team of 5–10 members focused on charge entry and claim submission. This role requires strong knowledge of claims workflows, payer requirements, and the ability to guide the team in achieving accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team handling charge entry and claim submission.
- Monitor claim accuracy and ensure timely submissions.
- Train and mentor team members on payer-specific rules and compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for claim-related issues.
- Track daily production and quality metrics, reporting to management.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in medical billing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in claim preparation, edits, and payer rules.




- Team leadership and coaching experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Kochi.
