We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive who can connect with customers, understand their needs, and create meaningful interactions. This role is more than simply making calls — it’s about listening, communicating, following up, and building trust. What You’ll Do - Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls. - Start friendly, professional conversations and understand customer requirements. - Introduce and explain relevant products, services, or opportunities. - Answer basic questions and provide accurate information. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain communication. - Update customer information and call records. - Coordinate with the relevant team for further assistance. - Work towards individual and team performance goals.
