What We’re Looking For

- Own HR end-to-end: From onboarding to employee lifecycle, HR operations, and exit formalities. Don’t just follow the process; understand it and improve it.

- Be the people connector: Drive employee communication, connects, birthdays, celebrations, newsletters, and engagement initiatives that make people feel connected.

- Own the data: HR dashboards, org charts, work pods, employee records, and MIS. Accuracy matters, so does knowing what the data is telling you.

- Make things happen: Independently manage vendors, events, gifting, celebrations, and employee-experience initiatives from idea to execution.

- Be AI & tech savvy: Use AI, automation, Excel,



and digital tools to eliminate repetitive work, simplify processes, and create smarter HR solutions.

- Challenge the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset: Spot gaps, bring ideas, and turn them into practical improvements.

- Communicate with confidence: Collaborate comfortably with employees, leaders, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Be a self-starter & go-getter: Take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and get things done without constant handholding.
