### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Site Supervisor* to supervise and manage the installation of *Aluminium & uPVC Sliding Windows, Sliding Doors, Fixed Windows, Glass and related products* at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, coordinating with clients/site engineers, checking measurements, ensuring proper installation quality, and completing work as per the project schedule.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily installation work of *Aluminium & uPVC Windows and Doors*.

* Manage and coordinate installation workers and subcontractor teams at site.

* Ensure installation is carried out as per *approved drawings, measurements and company standards*.

* Check site openings and dimensions before installation.

* Coordinate with the site engineer/client regarding *opening sizes, granite, plaster, scaffolding and other site requirements*.

* Ensure proper installation of:

* Sliding Windows

* Sliding Doors

* Fixed Windows

* Casement Windows/Doors

* uPVC Windows & Doors

* Glass & Glazing

* Mosquito Mesh

* Hardware and accessories

* Check *level, plumb, alignment and fixing* of frames and shutters.

* Ensure proper application of *silicone, sealant, foam and other installation materials*.

* Inspect completed installations and ensure proper finishing and workmanship.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Production Team for solutions.

* Plan daily installation activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.

* Maintain daily *site progress reports* with installed quantities and pending work.

* Coordinate material movement from site/store to installation location.

* Check received material for quantity and damage before installation.

* Ensure proper handling and storage of *glass, profiles, shutters and hardware* at site.

* Coordinate with other agencies at site to avoid damage to installed windows and doors.

* Report any material shortage, damage, measurement issue or site obstruction immediately.





* Take necessary site measurements and coordinate with the office/production team for balance requirements.

* Maintain proper records of *installed, pending and rectification work*.

* Ensure site safety practices are followed by the installation team.

### Client & Site Coordination

* Coordinate regularly with the *Client, Site Engineer, Architect and Contractor*.

* Attend site meetings when required.

* Understand client/site requirements and communicate them to the project team.

* Inform management about site delays, access issues, scaffolding, civil work pending and other installation constraints.

* Obtain confirmation/approval for measurements and completed work wherever required.

### Required Skills

* Valuable practical knowledge of *Aluminium & uPVC Windows and Doors installation*.

* Experience in handling installation workers and site teams.

* Ability to read and understand *window/door drawings and measurements*.

* Good knowledge of levels, alignment, fixing and sealing.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to prepare basic *daily site progress reports in Excel/WhatsApp*.

* Problem-solving ability and good site management skills.

* Willingness to travel to different project sites.

### Qualification

*ITI / Diploma / Civil Engineering / Relevant Technical Qualification*

Candidates with strong practical experience in Aluminium & uPVC window and door installation will also be considered.

### Experience

*2–5 years of relevant experience* in Aluminium/uPVC Windows & Doors installation, glazing or similar construction-related work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
