Performance Marketing

- Independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts for multiple hospital branches and specialties.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns meet lead generation, CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets effectively.

Campaign Optimization

- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, ad copies, and creatives.
- Implement negative keywords and audience exclusions to improve lead quality.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Google & Meta Ads Management

- Build campaign structures from scratch based on business objectives.
- Create and optimize Responsive Search Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Manage Meta campaigns including Lead Generation, Conversion,



Traffic, Engagement, and Remarketing.
- Develop Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

Tracking & Analytics

- Configure and manage:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Meta Pixel
- Enhanced Conversions
- UTM Tracking
- Validate end-to-end lead tracking and troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Coordinate with developers for implementation of tracking scripts and events.

Reporting & Insights

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics including:
- Spend
- Leads
- CPC
- CTR
- CPL
- CPA
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Revenue Attribution
- Share actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
