Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage our Management Information System, reporting, and data analysis for our construction and PEB projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, and supporting management with insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Collect, compile, and maintain data related to projects, inventory, procurement, sales, and accounts in Excel / ERP.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports - Project Progress Report, Stock Report, Purchase Report, Sales Report, and Budget vs. Actual Report.
- Excel & Dashboard: Create and maintain advanced Excel sheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Accounts, Supply Chain, Projects,



and HR teams to collect data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- ERP Management: Update and maintain data in Tally / ERP software and ensure data integrity.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all reports and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support: Provide data support to management for project review meetings and business analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline / B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred.
- MBA will be an added advantage.2-3 Years of proven experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst / Reporting Executive.
- Must be an expert in MS Excel - Advanced formulas, Pivot Table, Charts, Dashboard.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, and Google Sheets.Valuable analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
