*Key Responsibilities*

* Accurate data entry in systems, databases, and Excel.

* Maintain, organize, and verify digital/physical records.

* Prepare routine reports and handle basic documentation/filing.

* Maintain strict confidentiality of data.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Basic MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel & Word).

* Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

* Strong organizational and basic communication skills.

*Bonus*: Prior experience with ERP/HRIS software.
