GO EC Autotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Valet Charging Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV charging station at Lulu Mall, Calicut. The role involves assisting customers with EV charging, handling vehicles safely, maintaining charging station operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers using the EV charging station.
- Receive and safely park customer vehicles at the designated charging area.
- Connect and disconnect EV charging equipment safely and correctly.
- Monitor the charging process and ensure vehicles are charged as requested.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling EV charging equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the charging station.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information about the charging process.
- Coordinate with the operations/support team in case of charging or technical issues.
- Report any equipment malfunction, vehicle damage, or safety concern immediately.
- Maintain daily records of charging sessions, vehicle details,



and related activities.
- Ensure proper handover of vehicles to customers after charging.
- Follow Lulu Mall and GO EC Autotech safety and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties related to EV charging station operations as assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / ITI or equivalent.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Previous experience in valet parking, customer service, automobile, EV charging, or similar operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and EV charging is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
