1. To provide line clearance in various stages of manufacturing i.e. Granulation, Compression, coating etc and packing.

2. To perform in-process check activity in various stages of manufacturing and packing.

3. To review batch documents i.e. BMR & BPR and logbooks for online entries.

4. To perform sampling as per batch document and approved protocol i.e. Process validation and routine sampling from Granulation to Packing.

5. To perform and monitor validation activities during manufacturing at various stages.

6. To perform AQL and sampling from various stages like compression , coating.

7. To perform daily , monthly and quarterly calibration of equipment.

8. To perform Hold Time sampling.

9. Daily Monitoring of Environmental conditions in processing and storage areas.

10.



Preparation and retrieval of SOP’s.

11. Maintenance and verification of control samples.
