Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Diabetes Management Centre in Udhna Darwaja, Surat. Freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions.
- Check prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and medication.
- Guide patients regarding basic medicine usage and dosage instructions.
- Maintain proper pharmacy stock and inventory records.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain daily pharmacy records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization and proper functioning of the pharmacy area.




- Follow applicable pharmacy and healthcare guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients.

Candidate Profile

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of pharmacy experience will also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and prescriptions.
- Responsible, attentive and patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle pharmacy operations independently.

Preferred

- Candidates residing in or around Udhna Darwaja, Surat.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy or healthcare/diabetes management setup will be an advantage.
