- Identifying and developing current business opportunities

Sales Activities & Customer Relationship

- Understanding customer requirements
- Handling sales and customer interaction activities
- Following up with customers and maintaining long-term relationships
- Coordinating with existing customers
- Supporting the team in achieving sales and business targets

Business Operations & Team Leadership

- Coordinating day-to-day business activities
- Supporting and guiding team members
- Monitoring team performance and progress
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members




- Conducting team meetings and maintaining basic reports
- Developing leadership and business management skills

Training & Development

Selected candidates will receive role-based training and practical guidance focused on communication, sales, customer relationship management, business development, and team management skills.

Payout: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Actual payout may vary depending on the role, performance, responsibilities, and applicable incentives/terms.

Work Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered based on the role and profile.
