Humari company ko chahiye ek smart aur energetic Telecaller / Order Booking Executive jo WhatsApp / Social Media par aane wale customer messages aur leads par baat karke orders finalise aur book kar sake.
Main Responsibilities (Aapko Kya Kaam Karna Hoga):
- Customer Handling: WhatsApp ya website se aaye hue customer messages par turant respond aur call karna.
- Product Explanation: Customers ko products/services ke baare mein acche se samjhana aur unki urti (queries) solve karna.
- Order Booking: Customers se baat karke unka order confirm karna aur details system/sheet mein enter karna.
- Follow-up: Jo customers pehle baat kar chuke hain, unse regular follow-up lena taaki order confirm ho sake.
- Relationship Building: Customer se polite aur respectful tarike se baat karna taaki achha relation bane.
Skill & Requirements (Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?):
- Communication Skills:
Hindi mein acche se baat karna aana chahiye (Basic English ki samajh ho toh aur achha hai).
- Phone & Messaging: Phone par baat karne mein hesitation na ho aur WhatsApp messaging thik se karna aata ho.
- Basic Computer/Mobile Knowledge: MS Excel / Google Sheet mein basic order details likhna aata ho.
- Experience: Freshers aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain. (Sales/Telecalling ka experience ho toh preference milegi).
- Mindset: Target-oriented aur customer-friendly hona chahiye.
