SEO Specialist / SEO Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who is passionate about search engine optimization and organic growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance and user experience.
- Optimize local SEO campaigns including Google Business Profile management.




- Identify and implement opportunities for improving conversion rates from organic traffic.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure fundamentals.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of content marketing and basic PPC concepts is an advantage.
