Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.

Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.

Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.

Security Leader – Cybersecurity Governance, Operations & Risk

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Leader to lead and mature the organization's cybersecurity program across governance, risk management, security operations, vulnerability management, AI security, and security transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic leadership, technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills , enabling them to effectively engage with executive leadership, clients, auditors, and technical teams while driving a robust security posture.

This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing cybersecurity risk management with business objectives and delivering security programs that support organizational growth, compliance, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & Leadership





Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework.
Provide leadership and direction across security functions including GRC, SOC, vulnerability management, cloud security, and AI security.
Establish measurable security objectives, KPIs, and risk metrics.
Build and mentor high-performing security teams while fostering a culture of security awareness.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and risk management programs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, SOC2, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks.
Manage security audits, assessments, remediation plans, and risk exception processes.
Present security posture, risks, and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.

Security Operations & Incident Management

Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, threat detection, incident response, and cyber resilience initiatives.
Drive improvements across SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and response capabilities.
Lead major security incidents and coordinate cross-functional response activities.
Ensure operational effectiveness through continuous monitoring and performance measurement.

Vulnerability & Exposure Management

Own the vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to reduce organizational risk exposure.
Manage penetration testing, security assessments, and remediation governance programs.

AI Security & Emerging Technologies

Define and implement AI security governance and risk management practices.
Assess and mitigate security risks related to AI, Generative AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.
Partner with business and technology teams to enable secure adoption of innovative solutions.

Security Program & Project Delivery

Lead enterprise security programs and transformation initiatives.
Develop project plans, budgets, resource requirements, and success metrics.
Manage vendors, service providers, and external security partners.
Ensure timely delivery of security projects aligned with business priorities.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.




Communicate complex security concepts in a business-focused manner.
Build solid relationships across technology, business, compliance, audit, and executive functions.
Represent the organization during client reviews, audits, and security assessments.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience

12+ years of cybersecurity experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience managing multiple security domains including:
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Security Operations (SOC)
Vulnerability Management
Incident Response
Security Architecture
Security Program Management
Experience leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives and transformation programs.
Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.

Mandatory Skills: Cloud Security Engineering .
