What will you do?

- Connect with students/learners and understand their goals
- Guide them towards the right courses and learning paths
- Explain program perks in a simple and relatable way
- Build trust and drive enrollments through meaningful conversations
- Maintain consistency and achieve targets

Who Can Apply?

- Fluency in Odia (Mandatory) & Hindi (Preferred)
- Graduation is Mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales / Tele sales / B2C Sales / Inhouse Sales
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Background in EdTech / Training industry is a plus
- Comfortable working from Bhubaneswar, Odisha (In-office role)
- Self-motivated, target-focused & eager to grow
