Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and RCI-registered Special Educator to join our institution in Chennai. You will design and implement individualized learning programs, adapting core curricula to support students with diverse learning needs, sensory challenges, or developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities

- IEP Development: Assess students' individual learning profiles and draft actionable Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Targeted Instruction: Deliver specialized lessons tailored to neurodivergent learners (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with mainstream teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure an inclusive setting.
- Parent Communication:



Conduct regular progress updates with parents and recommend structured home-support activities.
- Behavior Management: Implement positive behavioral intervention plans (PBIP) to nurture academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

- D. Ed or B.Ed. or M.Ed. in Special Education from a recognized university.
- RCI Registration: Active registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an inclusive school or learning center in India.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Tamil is preferred for communicating with local families and staff.
