Billing Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience:3–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with good knowledge of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and verify RA bills, measurement sheets, and quantity statements.

* Check site measurements and quantities against approved drawings/BOQ.

* Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify supporting documents.

* Track variations, additional works, and deductions.

* Coordinate with site and project teams for billing and quantity verification.

* Maintain proper billing records and support final account preparation.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out billing.

* Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Experience in commercial and office interior projects is an added advantage.

* Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
