About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a residential household in Gurgaon. The role involves preparing three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a couple, aged 82 and 73 years. The focus is on basic North Indian vegetarian meals, catering to senior dietary preferences and health considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the household.

- Specialize in North Indian vegetarian cuisine with attention to simplicity, taste, and nutrition.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.

- Plan menus in advance,



considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with any available kitchen staff.

- Communicate effectively in Hindi and English.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Private Chef or in premium hospitality kitchens.

- Expertise in North Indian vegetarian cuisine suitable for elderly individuals.

- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

- Ability to work independently in a live-out arrangement.
