Experience

Key Responsibilities

● Provide remote counseling and guidance to students regarding overseas education opportunities through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and chat.

● Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations,



and study preferences to recommend suitable programs and institutions.

● Convert student inquiries into qualified applications by providing accurate information.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless counseling experience.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with students by delivering exceptional customer service.

● Update and manage student information accurately in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and admissions.

● Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
