Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the evolution of our core platforms. With 4+ years of experience, you will be the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You aren't just managing servers; you are designing resilient, automated, and global-scale systems that empower our engineering teams to ship code faster and more securely.
Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS and GCP that align with business continuity and disaster recovery objectives.

● Champion the "automation first" mindset, ensuring 100% of infrastructure is provisioned via Terraform, CloudFormation etc.,

● Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to containerized microservices using Kubernetes (K8s) or serverless architectures.

● Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and platform engineering frameworks using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc

● Utilize LLMs to rapidly translate business requirements into technical architectural blueprints and cost-estimation models.

● Leverage AI to maintain "live" architectural documentation and runbooks, ensuring tribal knowledge is captured and searchable in real-time.





● Define setting promotion strategies (dev, staging, pre-prod, prod) with appropriate change-control gates and rollback capabilities.

● Partner with the Security team to embed security into infrastructure design with Secure-by-Default.

● Integrate "Shift Left" security practices, ensuring SOC2, ISO, or HIPAA standards are baked into the infrastructure design.

● Conduct regular architectural reviews to optimize cloud spend without sacrificing performance.

● Act as a technical beacon for DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and documentation. Required Qualifications

● 4+ years in Infrastructure or Systems Architecture.

● Expert-level knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Deep expertise in Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or OpenShift).

● Demonstrated experience using AI tools to speed up engineering tasks (e.g., using LLMs for code refactoring or automated debugging).

● Familiarity with the databases, managing infrastructure for AI/ML workloads is a significant advantage.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional) are a major plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
