Job Summary

Satya Skin & Hair Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Health Counsellor to join our team in Pitampura. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and counselling skills, along with experience in healthcare sales, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field.

The Health Counsellor will be responsible for counselling patients regarding skin and hair treatments, understanding their concerns, recommending suitable treatment plans in coordination with doctors, and converting consultations into treatment packages while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations with patients to understand their skin and hair concerns, requirements, and treatment goals.
- Explain recommended skin and hair treatments, procedures, packages, and expected outcomes clearly and professionally.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on the patient's consultation and doctor's recommendations.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages while maintaining an ethical, patient-centric approach.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients through calls and WhatsApp to address queries and encourage treatment continuation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Track leads, consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.




- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and patient satisfaction targets.
- Handle patient queries professionally and resolve concerns or coordinate with the relevant team when required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare counselling, healthcare sales, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to understand patient requirements and build trust through consultative communication.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
