Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Conventional Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Indore. The candidate should be able to operate a conventional centre lathe machine independently and accurately perform turning, boring and other machining operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate conventional centre lathe machine independently.

Perform turning, boring, facing, threading and other machining operations.

Work on PTFE components, gaskets and envelope-type jobs.

Read and understand basic drawings and dimensions.

Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer and other precision measuring tools.

Maintain required dimensions, tolerances and surface finish.

Set up the machine, select suitable tools and adjust cutting parameters.

Inspect finished components and maintain quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the machine.

Follow workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a conventional lathe machine operator.

Candidates with 2–6+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

ITI/10th pass or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience with PTFE/plastic machining will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and accurately.

हमारी विनिर्माण इकाई में अनुभवी लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को पारंपरिक लेथ मशीन चलाने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए तथा मशीन को स्वतंत्र रूप से चलाने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

मुख्य कार्य:

पारंपरिक सेंटर लेथ मशीन को स्वतंत्र रूप से चलाना।

टर्निंग, फेसिंग, बोरिंग, थ्रेडिंग आदि मशीनिंग कार्य करना।

पीटीएफई के पार्ट्स, गैस्केट और एनवेलप प्रकार के पार्ट्स बनाना।

दिए गए ड्राइंग और माप के अनुसार काम करना।

वर्नियर कैलिपर, माइक्रोमीटर तथा अन्य मापने वाले उपकरणों का सही उपयोग करना।

पार्ट्स की सही माप, टॉलरेंस और फिनिश सुनिश्चित करना।

मशीन की सेटिंग करना तथा सही औजार का चयन करना।

तैयार पार्ट्स की गुणवत्ता और माप की जांच करना।

मशीन की सामान्य सफाई और रखरखाव करना।





कार्यस्थल की सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।

उम्मीदवार की योग्यता:

लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर के रूप में कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

2 से 6 वर्ष या उससे अधिक अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

10वीं पास / आईटीआई या समकक्ष योग्यता वांछनीय है।

पीटीएफई या प्लास्टिक के पार्ट्स बनाने का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

मशीन को बिना लगातार निगरानी के स्वतंत्र रूप से चलाने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

माप और टॉलरेंस की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
