We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator with strong experience in VFX/animation production to help drive smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across shows. This role goes beyond routine coordination — you'll be expected to own processes end-to-end, mentor junior coordinators, anticipate bottlenecks before they become crises, and act as a key point of contact between supervisors, artists, leads, and production management.

- Drive daily coordination between supervisors, leads, and artists across one or more shows/sequences.
- Own shot/task tracking (ShotGrid), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the pipeline.
- Prepare, facilitate, and document dailies sessions, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable, and properly logged.
- Manage assets, deliveries, and file structures, ensuring consistency and correctness across the show.
- Proactively identify and escalate delays, risks, and bottlenecks before they impact deadlines.
- Support workflow troubleshooting across departments, resolving pipeline and process issues independently where possible.
- Create and maintain daily/weekly production reports for internal and client-facing use.
- Mentor and guide junior coordinators — onboarding them,



reviewing their work, and helping them grow.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing production processes and drive improvements to tracking, reporting, or delivery workflows.
- Act as a key liaison between production management, supervisors, and clients when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in VFX production coordination, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Robust hands-on experience with ShotGrid and/or FTrack.
- Proven experience facilitating dailies and documenting feedback in a fast-paced, multi-department setting.
- Strong understanding of VFX pipelines, asset management, and delivery workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate production risks early.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior coordinators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across artists, supervisors, and production leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple sequences/shows simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
