Job Overview
We are looking for an Email Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist who can build prospect lists and engage potential clients through highly targeted outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Build targeted B2B prospect databases.
- Research companies and decision-makers.
- Use Apollo and LinkedIn to source prospects.
- Prepare and execute cold email campaigns.
- Personalize email communication for different audiences.
- Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Use LinkedIn as an additional outreach channel.
- Leverage AI tools for email personalization and prospect research.
- Manage follow-up schedules.
- Monitor replies and identify interested prospects.




- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Book qualified meetings.
- Maintain detailed campaign reports.
- Test and improve email messaging, subject lines and follow-up sequences.
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality.

Required Experience & Skills

- 1+ year experience in lead generation/email outreach.
- Hands-on cold email experience.
- Apollo knowledge.
- LinkedIn prospecting experience.
- WhatsApp outreach experience.
- AI tool familiarity.
- Strong written communication.
- Analytical and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
