Qualification:- BSc / B.Pharma /M.Sc or Any Science Graduate.

Experience:- 1-5 years experience in Nutraceutical or herbal or Food or Pharmaceutical Industry .

Location:- Peenya

Job Description

1) Handling Herbal Extracts, Nutraceuticals , Food Ingredients and Supplements as per HACCP Plan and 21 CFR regulations.

2) Handling and Utilisation of Manpower in an effective way to achieve efficiency of production.

3) Monitoring CCP , OPRP regularly with documentation support and to comply the With Food Safety Regulation.

4) Sound knowledge in HACCP and Food Safety Standard as per 21CFR regulation.

5) Planning production activities on a weekly and daily basis like formulation, granulation, drying , Milling, Blending, Sieving and packing as per Food Safety Regulation.

6) Coordination with Quality Assurance, Stores and Operations for executing products for export in time.

7) Must be Flexible in shifts ( if and when )

8) Food safety Officer with PCQI certification is an added advantage
