Customer Support Representative

Location: Ambala Cantt | Work from Office
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Process
Experience: 1–3 Years | Freshers with excellent English may apply

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist with product compatibility, pricing, and order updates.
- Resolve customer queries and post-sales concerns.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on pending issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Technical teams.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- Auto Parts/Automobile industry experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
