About the Role

A1 SKC Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to drive our Marketing & Events activities. You'll be on the ground representing the brand at expos, running promotions in apartments and communities, and coordinating creative and design work that brings our products in front of new customers.

This is an ideal role for someone who is outgoing, creative, and enjoys a mix of field marketing, event execution, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Expos

- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in expos, food exhibitions, and trade shows – from booth setup to lead capture.
- Manage on-site logistics, vendor coordination, product sampling, and stall management.

Apartment & Community Promotions

- Organise and run promotional activities and sampling drives in apartments, residential communities, and local markets.
- Build relationships with community managers and associations to secure promotion opportunities.
- Generate leads and drive product awareness and sales through on-ground activations.

Design & Creative Coordination

- Coordinate with designers to develop brochures, banners, standees, posters, and social media creatives.




- Ensure branding and marketing materials are ready on time for events and campaigns.
- Support basic social media and digital promotion activities.

Business Development

- Identify new promotional channels and business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Track and report on event performance, leads generated, and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

- Education: Any Degree (BBA / B.Com / Marketing background preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in business development, marketing, events, or field sales. Priority will be given to candidates with FMCG / food products industry experience.
- Robust communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- A creative eye and comfort coordinating with design teams.
- Well organised, energetic, and comfortable working at events and on the field.
- Willingness to travel locally for expos, promotions, and community activities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
