Position: Admissions Growth & Marketing Manager Primary KPI: Actual admissions—not enquiries. We look for someone with: 3–7 years experience in school admissions, education sales, ed-tech, premium school marketing, or hospitality/relationship sales. Excellent spoken English + Bengali + Hindi. Solid presentation and parent-convincing ability. High energy and excellent follow-up discipline. Knowledge of digital marketing, Meta/Instagram, Google, WhatsApp campaigns and lead management. Ability to conduct school tours and parent counselling. Ability to organise admission drives, Open Houses, school events and community campaigns. Strong local knowledge of Bishnupur–Bankura and surrounding catchment areas.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
