At Meneta Group, we are expanding our financial leadership team! We are looking for an exceptional, high-caliber Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in manufacturing finance to lead our core accounting, compliance, and plant costing functions.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

- Core Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversight of accounting functions with strong command over IND-AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Taxation & Audit Governance: Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax), ensuring strict compliance across statutory, internal, tax, and transfer pricing audits.
- Banking & Treasury: Drive banking operations, fund-raising initiatives, and term sheet negotiations for optimal interest rates and bank charges.
- Plant Costing & Controlling: Expertise in Bill of Materials (BOMs), product routing, product-wise profitability, plant costing, and strategic inventory management.
- MIS & Strategic Planning:



Deliver high-level MIS reporting, financial forecasting, periodic budgeting (monthly/quarterly/yearly), and risk management.
- Compliance & Liaison: Maintain compliance with the Companies Act and industrial laws while serving as a key liaison for government agencies (Income Tax, GST, etc.).

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Background: Prior experience working in manufacturing within a multinational corporation (MNC) or a large Indian business group.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, and executive PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
