1. To ensure Assets identification/coding, Compilation and maintenance of asset master, Maintain maintenance history for assets and AMC.
2. To monitor & maintain Budget status & ensure proper control over Opex.
3. To analyse and report performance of the O&M; for the State.
4. To ensure compliance to the QMS System Procedures and Guidelines.
5. Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules.
6. Planning Processes and Procedures for O&M.;
7. Soft skills: Leadership, Team player, Communication, presentation, Interpersonal relationship management, Time Management.
8. IR / FAR Management.
