Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled with a strong technical background in telecommunications and carrier relations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of network and provisioning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Basic knowledge about the Local exchange carrier and LEC (Local exchange carrier).
- Carrier Management: Effectively communicate and negotiate with Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) regarding port-in and port-out orders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Escalation Management: Proactively handle technical and process-related escalations, ensuring effective de-escalation and resolution.
- Provide timely support to the team members while on complex orders.
- Work on process improvement ideas and co-ordinate with the teams to implement them.




- Should be publishing daily performance report of the team and the SLAs and metrics should be monitored and aligned with the team.
- Work assignment should be handled effectively ensuring there is uniform distribution of tasks.
- Team huddles and process improvement ideas to be shared to the team.

Skill RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:

- Foundational knowledge of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and carrier-specific interfaces.
- Strong understanding of network and its related topologies.
- CCNA level knowledge; a CCNA certification is considered a significant advantage.
- Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, firewalls).
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good team management skills.
- Escalation handling.
- Knowledge on report creation using excel and Gemini.

Experience:

6-10 years in telecom provisioning.
