Duties and Responsibilities

- Key Deliverables:
- Support field through troubleshooting on system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process analysis & sharing of best practices with team
- Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liaisoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
