Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- To do HVAC system design, ensure energy-effective, sustainable, and code-compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives.
- Knowledge on design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting design, piping design, Ventilation calculations, Life Safety systems and equipment selections.
- Knowledge on ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC standards, Local & international codes.
- Preparation of layouts, schematics.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration.
- Assist seniors for Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning.
- Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,).
- Provide Technical support for BOQ reconciliations.
- Coordinate with modellers for the development of layouts and coordinate for clash free model.
