The ideal candidate should possess expertise in PEGA PRPC, Case Management, Integrations, and Solution Architecture while leading enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise applications using PEGA PRPC and Case Management.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Lead technical implementation, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project delivery, and production support.

Requirements

- 7+ years of software development experience with strong PEGA PRPC expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Case Management, Rules Engine, and Integrations.
- PCSSA or PCLSA certification is mandatory.
- Experience in enterprise PEGA implementation, troubleshooting, and DevOps.
- Strong communication, leadership, and Banking domain experience preferred.
