We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The individual will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle from requisition understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned skill sets.
- Understand hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and culture fit.
- Manage candidate expectations regarding compensation, role, and location.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring updates.
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback closure.
Offer & Joining Management
- Lead HR discussions and compensation negotiations.
- Drive offer release, offer acceptance, and joining conversions.
- Track candidates through BGV, documentation, and onboarding stages.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure recruitment data integrity and process compliance.
- Generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
