Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Growth Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory by strengthening distribution, increasing market penetration, expanding outlet coverage, and delivering sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in FMCG sales, General Trade, distributor management, territory growth, retail execution, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans to improve market share, distribution reach, and market penetration.
- Manage and strengthen distributor relationships while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Expand outlet coverage by onboarding new outlets and improving product availability across the territory.
- Ensure strong in-market execution, visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities.




- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and sales forecasting to minimise stock-outs.
- Analyse sales trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities and convert insights into action plans.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and frontline sales teams.
- Track key business KPIs including numeric distribution, weighted distribution, productivity, and market share.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably within beverages or food.
- Strong understanding of General Trade and distribution management.
- Proven experience in territory handling, distributor management, market expansion, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
