Job Responsibilities

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for home loan sourcing and disbursements.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Prospect recent clients through field visits, cold calling, market networking, and ground activities.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong referral networks with builders, real estate agents, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
- File Processing & Documentation: Conduct initial eligibility checks, collect KYC and financial documents from clients, and ensure accurate application login.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with credit, legal, risk, and operations teams to fast-track loan approvals and disbursement.
- Portfolio Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory compliance while maintaining a healthy, low-risk sourcing portfolio.
