SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Entry-level role responsible for supporting the creation of BIM models and construction drawings under guidance. Works closely with senior modelers and coordinators to develop discipline-specific elements using industry-standard software tools while adhering to project and organizational BIM standards.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
- Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and BOQs from models.
- Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.
- Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.

KNOWLEDGE

- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate in Civil
- Language Skills: English, Regional Language (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

- Years of Experience: 3-6 years of experience in BIM modeling.
- Nature of Experience: Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure.
