Job Title/Role

Oracle Admin

Roles and Responsibility

- Good knowledge of Oracle database 12c, 19c architecture concepts.
- Installation and configuration of Oracle and creation of databases.
- Knowledge of working on Oracle reports on AWR, ASH and ADDM tools in identifying and fine tuning database and instance level.
- Oracle Data guard implementation and administration with Active Data guard concepts.
- Configuring Physical Standby databases and ensuring the synchronization between Primary and Standby databases.




- Monitoring and maintaining the archive log sync status of Standby Verses Primary servers.
- Experience on DATAPUMP Utility, Also Schema Refresh activity.
- Experience on RAC Setting, Handling on Clusters and Services concepts.
- Experience on RMAN Backup and restoration concepts.
- Knowledge in Applying CPU/PSU and Patch Set for Oracle databases.
- Resolving the alerts generating from the Oracle Enterprise Manager and analyzing the root cause of the issue.
- Trouble shooting database issues & Coordinating with Oracle support if necessary.
