Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help expand Floriaa’s retail and distribution network.

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing retailer/distributor relationships, regular market visits, product promotion, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, distributors, medical stores, supermarkets, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Promote Floriaa products and explain product benefits, pricing, and schemes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand Floriaa’s distribution network.
- Maintain accurate customer, visit, order, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.




- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Submit regular sales and market visit reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
