We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business development and sales operations. The candidate will identify potential clients, understand their requirements, promote IT solutions, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct or assist in product demos and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Handle client queries, objections, and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Support negotiations and contribute to client acquisition and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal,



presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software, SaaS, web/mobile applications, or digital services.
- Solid lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn technology and understand business-focused sales solutions.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in IT Sales & Business Development may also apply.
