Job Title: IT Support Trainee

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and configurations.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Expertise in cable crimping, punching, and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with OS installation and related troubleshooting.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers and laptops.
- Perform operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
- Provide strong technical support in networking (LAN, WAN, switches, routers).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.




- Conduct cable crimping, punching, and proper cable management.
- Handle IT hardware upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT hardware will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
