Job Overview

- Role Objective: Supervise daily production, fabrication, and assembly of door frames, windows, or related board sections, ensuring timely delivery, precision measurements, and strict safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day manufacturing or installation activities, allocating daily tasks to machine operators and technicians.
- Quality Control: Check dimensions, joints, alignment, and finishing against approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate cutting, CNC machining, hardware installation, and assembly processes to minimize material waste and rework.
- Team Management: Train workers on correct fabrication and safety methods, maintaining workplace discipline and safety standards.




- Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, material requirement updates, and project progress reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Hands-on background in aluminum, UPVC, or specialized board/wood fabrication and window/door manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and cutting lists.
- Education: Technical diploma or relevant trade certification in mechanical or civil fields is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
